Moonglade Recovery Community offers a neurodivergent-affirming Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to support individuals with developmental and neurodevelopmental differences who are experiencing clinically significant mental health symptoms. This program provides structured, medically necessary behavioral health treatment while recognizing and accommodating neurodivergent cognitive, sensory, and communication styles.

Neurodivergent individuals may experience increased vulnerability to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, emotional dysregulation, and functional impairment. The Neurodivergent Track is designed to deliver evidence-based mental health treatment within a framework that promotes accessibility, predictability, and individualized clinical support.

Clinical Focus and Treatment Approach

The Neurodivergent Track integrates evidence-based behavioral health interventions with reasonable clinical accommodations, including:

Individual psychotherapy focused on symptom stabilization, emotional regulation, and functional improvement
Group therapy adapted to support varying communication styles, sensory sensitivities, and processing needs
Evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care frameworks, modified as clinically appropriate
Clinical support for co-occurring trauma-related or substance use disorders when present
Case management services supporting care coordination, treatment planning, and discharge planning
